Shipping policy

We offer shipping to all UK addresses, as well as international shipping to select countries. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

For UK shipping, we offer standard delivery which typically takes 3-5 business days. For international shipping, delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, products ordered and shipping method chosen. 

If you order any of our baked goods they are sent separately to any other items ordered so do not be alarmed if you receive one item before the other.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged for international orders. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes charged by their local customs office.

If you parcel is showing as delivered but you ave not received the item please contact us and allow 5 working days for us to investigate the issue. 

If a delivery attempt has been made 3 times and the parcel is returned to us we will not be responsible for the charges incurred to resend your parcel and you will be required to pay the difference before we reship your items.

If you are ordering outside of the UK please be patient we only ship international orders once a week.
