Just a quick update on our postage. This year has been our most difficult so far with our courier service as we are as equally frustrated as you are when it comes to Hermes and their delays.
With the Royal Mail strikes it has caused Hermes to have an influx that they are obviously not capable of handling and from Vegan All Sorts stand point we have simply come to the end of being understanding with them.
We were due to announce this in the New Year but as of January we will be changing our courier service to a much more competent provider as we want to be able to offer the best service possible.
The reason we have not made the switch in the past is because with a change of couriers service unfortunately means the prices of postage will increase. However, we know this is somewhere we need to improve as a business and that is exactly what we will do.
Please remember the cut off for Christmas delivery was the 15th so if you ordered after this date then please do not expect your parcels before Christmas.
We are working around the clock to deal with your orders and customer queries as you may notice receiving emails from us at all hours of the day and night.
We are doing our best to make sure each and everyone of you leaves a happy customer but can we please remind you that on the other end of that Instagram message or that email is a human being and although you may be frustrated we are only here to help and our doing our best, any abuse towards our staff will simply not be tolerated.

Now enough of the moaning, we wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you who have been so polite and understanding with the delays, we state a 2-3 working day shipping period but with it being Christmas and the Royal Mail strike this will have increased.
